Low Carbon Materials Celebrates Double Win at Prestigious Construct ZERO Awards
Low Carbon Materials, a leader in climate tech solutions for the built environment, is proud to announce it has secured two major awards at the Construction Leadership Council (CLC) Construct ZERO Autumn Event and Awards, held at the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE).
The concrete, developed by Getjar with Tarmac, combines oyster shells, ACLA®, and calcined clay. Tarmac precast the slabs, benches and canopy structure at its Cambridge plant before installation at the show. After Chelsea, the garden will move to its permanent home at Breathing Space in Rotherham, where it will support lung rehabilitation and patient wellbeing.
